A recent visit to my Favorite store Best Buy and other local electronics stores has revealed new tablets hitting the market. A stroll down the mall revealed larger book sellers now selling ebook reader and tablets All competing for the dollar.
The kindle has hit the market powered by Amazons huge marketing forces. Amazon employs thousands of affiliate stores many of which are advertising the Kindle on thier affiliate stores. I am interested to see how these tablet war plays out by this time next year. Apples sales of E books has a log road to travel to meet Amazons large marketing force. Nothing beats minions pushing your product 24-7. Not even a over priced tablet Promoted by Jobs can rival constant pressure by Amazons affiliates’.
Credit where credit is due.
Tablets were publicly passe to say the least before Apple released the Ipad. This only goes to show us how mass build up of a pre-release product and can literally launch a product not to mention the aftermath of tablets that have followed. Will Apple have the staying power and what will be the new BIG release to keep their market train choo cho00ing along? 2011 should be interesting to say the least.
